		<description><![CDATA[I have also found that putting a backing plate under the mount helps as well. I just took some thick grade plastic or decent gauge aluminum and cut it to the dimensions of the rod holder head and drilled corresponding holes. I then put the plate under the hole lined up with the screw holes inserted the rod holder through the plate and repeated that same install as you guys did here. It spreads the force out further and puts less stress on the screws/bolts. Of course this only works if you have access from bottom.]]></description>
