Oregon) for Steelhead. Water temp is 40 Deg F and air temp ranges from the high 30′s to high 40′s while on the water. I use a full 3/2 mm wetsuit due to the water movement. I also use neoprene booties. I use a Hobie Outback that I purchased from ACK (San Marcos) a few years ago while living in Cibolo, TX.
