The performance core design creates a very stiff and durable blade while being very very light. The performance core paddles by Werner live up to their claim of effortless paddling with the swing weight unbelievably low. Some features that I really like are the smooth back face design which makes sculling easier compared to dihedral designs. The Foam in the blades allow for stronger braces, and creates more leverage when performing rolls. Our new high end rental paddle program is a great way to demo expensive paddles and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for high performance paddles.
